The shared editorial byline for ChessPlayX rules, learning guides, game comparisons and product articles.

An organizational byline
ChessPlayX Editorial Team identifies the editorial responsibility for content published by ChessPlayX. It is a collective byline, not a named expert or a claim of certification or governing-body endorsement.
What the editorial work covers
The work includes explaining rules, selecting sources, preparing examples, maintaining translations and correcting errors. Rules guides, tournament-rule lessons, game comparisons and product guides share this byline unless another author is explicitly identified.
From source to example
We identify the game and ruleset, read the relevant source and check exceptions before preparing an explanation. Interactive examples use the platform's existing game rules. A playable example helps illustrate a rule; it does not replace the source or an arbiter's judgment.
Updates and corrections
Source changes, translation problems and reproducible reports can lead to revisions. Publication, modification and recorded rule-review dates have different meanings. A page displays a review date only when a review record exists for that content.
